At Gilsbar, we have a dedicated Compliance Department comprised of attorneys and staff members who constantly monitor laws and regulations and in response, modify internal systems and operations. Whether handling HIPAA, ERISA, or COBRA, compliance is a top priority at Gilsbar.

   (A)Non-voluntary Aggregate Information
   Non-voluntary usage information is aggregated web site information such as page usage, hit counts, etc. This information will not provide us with information regarding the identity of users of our site.
   
   (B)Voluntarily Supplied Individual Information
   In order to assist our users in obtaining insurance and financial products and service solutions, we will collect information relating to an individual. This information can consist of first and last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth and social security number.
2. Use of the Information
   

   Information collected in the aggregate is used to measure interest in the various areas of our site. This information helps us determine overall usage patterns and assists us in revising our site's content and performance.

   Information which is voluntarily supplied will only be used to obtain the insurance and financial products and service solutions requested by our users.

3. Sharing the Information
   Gilsbar, Inc. does not share information about individuals, except information voluntarily supplied by our users in order to obtain the information and financial products and service solutions requested.
4. Minors
   A minor is not eligible to use Gilsbar, Inc.'s service, nor does Gilsbar, Inc. market products intended for use by minors. We request that minors do not provide us with any personal information. If you are a minor you may use this service only in conjunction with a parent or guardian.
