Fax Recall

Gilsbar's on demand fax-back service allows providers to access eligibility and claims information using a phone and fax machine. Call the appropriate number below and have your Tax ID number and the insured's social security number available. Follow the voice prompts to receive eligibility and claims information.

EDI Information

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) helps speed claims processing by using the WebMD Payer ID. Look at the participant's ID Card. If the ID Card reads "Send Claims To: Gilsbar, Inc.", use Gilsbar's WebMD Payer ID number 07205. Send all other claims to the address indicated on the ID card.
