Healthcare Reform is signed...now what?

While the final outcome of healthcare reform on the Federal level is still unknown, individual states are stepping up with their own reform efforts.

In total, approximately 35 states have introduced pending reform legislation which runs the gamut. Because of the differences in legislation from state to state, multi-locale employers must stay on top of newly proposed legislation and its implications for their business.

Complaints will happen. How you choose to deal with these complaints, even the ridiculous ones, influences the company climate.
