HDHP Qualifications for use with HSA:

An HSA-qualified HDHP is a health insurance policy that meets certain deductible and out-of-pocket expense requirements. According to IRS guidelines, an individual HDHP must have at least a $1,050 deductible and the maximum out-of-pocket including the deductible and co-insurance cannot exceed $5,250. A family HDHP must have at least a $2,100 deductible and the maximum out-of-pocket including deductible and co-insurance cannot exceed $10,500. For more information visit www.irs.gov.
